My representation process comes from personal experience of buying and selling real estate. I believe that the success of purchasing or selling a home comes from a team effort and full-transparency between the agent and consumer. Unlike the industry standard, my proactive marketing approach focuses on planning and preparation in order to reduce the occurrence of challenges, maximize exposure to targeted consumer profiles, and increasing the probability of identifying quality prospects with the highest conversion.

Like any business, agents also differ in the services and experience they offer and deliver which unfortunately results in a less than desired experience at times. Having a poor personal experience within the industry inspired me to enter the industry with the main goal of correcting the poor service that was offered to me and removing the industry stigma by providing a client value-add driven experience in order to provide multiple options to consumers that best fits their goals and outcomes.
